酒店业后备人才是我国酒店行业持续发展的有生力量,但是他们在成长过程中,从学校和酒店得到的教育培养比较有限,个人发展存在多个障碍。酒店管理层作为经验相对丰富的行业骨干,担当着对后备人才培养教育的重要责任,需要克服个人内心的弱点,增强个人责任担当意识,支持酒店业有潜力的后备人才持续发展,推动我国酒店业不断进步。
酒店業後備人纔是我國酒店行業持續髮展的有生力量,但是他們在成長過程中,從學校和酒店得到的教育培養比較有限,箇人髮展存在多箇障礙。酒店管理層作為經驗相對豐富的行業骨榦,擔噹著對後備人纔培養教育的重要責任,需要剋服箇人內心的弱點,增彊箇人責任擔噹意識,支持酒店業有潛力的後備人纔持續髮展,推動我國酒店業不斷進步。
주점업후비인재시아국주점행업지속발전적유생역량,단시타문재성장과정중,종학교화주점득도적교육배양비교유한,개인발전존재다개장애。주점관리층작위경험상대봉부적행업골간,담당착대후비인재배양교육적중요책임,수요극복개인내심적약점,증강개인책임담당의식,지지주점업유잠력적후비인재지속발전,추동아국주점업불단진보。
Human resource reserve of hotel industry is the backbone of the industry's sustainable development. However,they only get limited education from schools and hotels, which limit their further development. Top management with their experience is the cadre of the industry and should shoulder the responsibility to help them so as to support the sustainable development of the hotel industry.
