This article introduces quality control methods adopted in the key steps in manufactur-ing supervision of air compressor rotor in China Huaneng Green Coal Tianjin IGCC Demonstration Power Station Project. The quality of rotor is effectively guaranteed through material control, weld-ing technology improvement, and process control. The adoption of these methods provides valuable reference for future manufacturing supervision and quality control on the similar equipment.
