根据东平湖滞洪区在黄河下游防洪工程体系中的重要地位及防洪兴利需求，结合南水北调东线一期工程利用东平湖水库输水的运用条件，对东平湖的水量调度方案进行了研究，提出了南水北调一期工程利用东平湖输水的水质要求、水量调度过程和相应的水量调度方案。南水北调东线一期工程利用东平湖输水时，应不影响东平湖的防洪调度运用，入、出湖水量调度过程应考虑因输水产生的水量损失，有效保护和利用水资源。
根據東平湖滯洪區在黃河下遊防洪工程體繫中的重要地位及防洪興利需求，結閤南水北調東線一期工程利用東平湖水庫輸水的運用條件，對東平湖的水量調度方案進行瞭研究，提齣瞭南水北調一期工程利用東平湖輸水的水質要求、水量調度過程和相應的水量調度方案。南水北調東線一期工程利用東平湖輸水時，應不影響東平湖的防洪調度運用，入、齣湖水量調度過程應攷慮因輸水產生的水量損失，有效保護和利用水資源。
근거동평호체홍구재황하하유방홍공정체계중적중요지위급방홍흥리수구，결합남수북조동선일기공정이용동평호수고수수적운용조건，대동평호적수량조도방안진행료연구，제출료남수북조일기공정이용동평호수수적수질요구、수량조도과정화상응적수량조도방안。남수북조동선일기공정이용동평호수수시，응불영향동평호적방홍조도운용，입、출호수량조도과정응고필인수수산생적수량손실，유효보호화이용수자원。
Base on the important position in the Lower Yellow River flood control engineering system and the demand of flood control and benefit promoting of Dongping Lake flood detention area,combining with the application of Dongping Lake water delivery of the east route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project,this paper studied the Dongping Lake water regulation scheme and proposed the water quality requirement of Dongping Lake water delivery,water regulation process and schemes. When using Dongping Lake flood detention region to deliver water for the east route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project,the flood control operation should not be influenced;the water loss caused by the water deliver should be taken into consideration in the water regulation process and the water resources should be protected and utilized effectively.
