针对传统水资源管理系统在处理“查询一个位置点附近最短路径、指定数量的水资源元素”问题时的低效率、不直观、不精确的缺点，运用A rcGIS强大的地图显示与空间分析功能建立基于最短路径的最近资源点地图服务模型，并在Flex中调用、处理这个模型，实现在水资源管理系统中高效、精确、直观地显示某一位置点附近最近资源点的详细信息。
침대전통수자원관리계통재처리“사순일개위치점부근최단로경、지정수량적수자원원소”문제시적저효솔、불직관、불정학적결점，운용A rcGIS강대적지도현시여공간분석공능건립기우최단로경적최근자원점지도복무모형，병재Flex중조용、처리저개모형，실현재수자원관리계통중고효、정학、직관지현시모일위치점부근최근자원점적상세신식。
To solve inefficient ,not intuitive ,imprecise shortcomings of the water resources management system in dealing with the problem "Query a location near the shortest path ,a specified number of water facility".Using the powerful map display and spatial analysis function of ArcGIS to establish the closest facilities service model based on the shortest path and Using the Flex calls ,deal with the map service model .In the water management system to achieve efficient ,accu-rate ,intuitive display detailed information of the closest facility .
