聚苯颗粒轻质混凝土砌块以聚苯乙烯颗粒为粗骨料,以水泥为主要胶凝材料,同时掺加工业废渣如粉煤灰、矿粉及减水剂、激发剂、改性剂等外加剂;为了提高聚苯颗粒与胶凝材料的界面结合力,对聚苯颗粒进行表面改性,并采用造壳方法形成聚苯颗粒复合母料。试验表明:聚苯颗粒轻质混凝土砌块具有较低的表观密度,其抗压强度也能满足国家标准自承重轻质混凝土砌块的要求。
聚苯顆粒輕質混凝土砌塊以聚苯乙烯顆粒為粗骨料,以水泥為主要膠凝材料,同時摻加工業廢渣如粉煤灰、礦粉及減水劑、激髮劑、改性劑等外加劑;為瞭提高聚苯顆粒與膠凝材料的界麵結閤力,對聚苯顆粒進行錶麵改性,併採用造殼方法形成聚苯顆粒複閤母料。試驗錶明:聚苯顆粒輕質混凝土砌塊具有較低的錶觀密度,其抗壓彊度也能滿足國傢標準自承重輕質混凝土砌塊的要求。

It took EPS grain as a kind of coarse aggregate,took cement as the key condensational material,mixed with industrial waste according to the mixing ratio such as fly ash,slag,and mixed with a reducing agent,activator,polymer emulsion admixture.To improve interfacial adhesion between EPS and cementations,it made surface modification with EPS,making the EPS composite master batch through the method of making the shell.Test showed that this lightweight concrete block had a lower apparent density and its compressive strength could be self-supporting national concrete block requirements.
