当再生混凝土中再生骨料的取代率为0、40%、60%、80%、100%,橡胶颗粒取代率为10%、20%、30%时,分析再生混凝土多孔砖、掺入橡胶颗粒后再生混凝土多孔砖的抗压强度、抗折强度及导热系数的变化规律。试验结果表明:随再生骨料掺量的增加,砌块抗压强度、抗折强度先增加,达到40%时最大,后呈下降趋势;随橡胶颗粒掺量的增大,砌块抗压强度、抗折强度随之下降,保温性能提高。
噹再生混凝土中再生骨料的取代率為0、40%、60%、80%、100%,橡膠顆粒取代率為10%、20%、30%時,分析再生混凝土多孔磚、摻入橡膠顆粒後再生混凝土多孔磚的抗壓彊度、抗摺彊度及導熱繫數的變化規律。試驗結果錶明:隨再生骨料摻量的增加,砌塊抗壓彊度、抗摺彊度先增加,達到40%時最大,後呈下降趨勢;隨橡膠顆粒摻量的增大,砌塊抗壓彊度、抗摺彊度隨之下降,保溫性能提高。
당재생혼응토중재생골료적취대솔위0、40%、60%、80%、100%,상효과립취대솔위10%、20%、30%시,분석재생혼응토다공전、참입상효과립후재생혼응토다공전적항압강도、항절강도급도열계수적변화규률。시험결과표명:수재생골료참량적증가,체괴항압강도、항절강도선증가,체도40%시최대,후정하강추세;수상효과립참량적증대,체괴항압강도、항절강도수지하강,보온성능제고。
When replace rate of recycled aggregates were 0,40%,60%,80%,100%,replace rate of the rubber are 10%,20%,30%, analyse the change rules of the compressive strength,flexural strength and thermal conductivity of the recycled concrete porous brick.The results showed that the compressive strength and flexural strength of brick was increased at first and then reduced with the rate of recycled increase,when the rate was 40%the both strengths would be the maximun;With the increase of rubber,the compressive strength,flexural strength reduce and the thermal conductivity of the recycled concrete porous brick was increase.
