Concrete constructional quality is closely related to both sides of producer and user.Due to historical reasons and prejudices from some people,the concrete producers are most likely to be blamed when it comes to the quality problems in concrete structure ,faults on constructional side are much less mentioned though.Through analyzing existing circumstances ,this thesis is to discuss and clarify the quality obligations between both sides of supply and demand of commercial ready-mixed concrete.
