泡沫混凝土的干密度和抗压强度是相互矛盾的,它们之间存在负相关关系。空心玻璃微珠是一种质量轻、强度高、导热系数低、热稳定性好的新型轻质材料。通过掺加空心玻璃微珠研究其对泡沫混凝土性能的影响,从而制备轻质保温的泡沫混凝土。结果表明:泡沫混凝土的导热系数随着空心玻璃微珠掺量的增加而降低,当泡沫混凝土的干密度在120~200 kg/m3时,导热系数最小为0.044 W/(m·K)。空心玻璃微珠的适宜掺量为5%~15%。

Dry density and compressive strength of foam concrete are conflicting,there is a negative relationship between them.Hollow glass microsphere is a new lightweight material which is lightweight ,high strength,low thermal conductivity and good thermal stability.In order to prepare lightweight foam concrete and to achieve the required strength ,researched the effects of different dosage on properties of foam concrete through adding hollow glass microspheres.The results showed that the thermal conductivity of foam concrete increased as the hollow glass microsphere increased,and the dry densities of foam concrete were between 120~200 kg/m3,the minimum thermal con-ductivity was 0.044 W/(m·K).The appropriate dosage of hollow glass microsphere was 5%~15%.
