对复掺粉煤灰和硅灰制备多孔混凝土的性能进行了研究,采用蜡封法测定骨料包裹层厚度,结果表明:骨料包裹层厚度随浆体黏度、骨料粒径的增加而增加,随着成型外力的增加而减少;在相同骨料粒径和成型工艺下,随着骨料包裹层厚度的增加,多孔混凝土的抗压强度和透水系数也都会增加,其中,击实成型的骨料包裹层厚度在254~485μm之间,28 d抗压强度和透水系数分别在4.8~11.4 MPa和25~69 mm/s之间,插实成型的骨料包裹层厚度在390~545μm之间,28 d抗压强度和透水系数分别在2.1~5.8 MPa和44~95 mm/s之间。

The properties of porous concrete with fly ash and silicon fume was studied,the thickness of cover layer of aggregate was measured by seal wax.The result showed that the thickness of cover layer of aggregate increased with the increase of size of aggregate and viscosity of paste,and decreased with grow of force of molding.Under the same size of aggregate and moulding techniques ,the compres-sive strength and permeation coefficient of porous concrete all increase with a higher thickness of cover layer of aggregate.The thickness of cover layer of aggregate which was moulded by compacting method changed from 254μm to 485μm,leading that compressive strength at the age of 28 d ranging from 4.8 MPa to 11.4 MPa and the permeation coefficient was between 25 mm/s and 69 mm/s.Moreover ,the thick-ness of cover layer of aggregate which was moulded by inserting method changed from 390 μm to 545 μm,leading that compressive strength at the age of 28 d was in the range of 2.1~5.8 MPa and permeation coefficient varied from 44 mm/s to 95 mm/s.
