判断何为真正的教育理论是教育学学科发展的一个重要问题。西方有三位著名的经典教育理论观倡导者从各自的角度分别指出了真正教育理论的基本要求。理论的发展与实践的检验结果表明，真正的教育理论必须具备的条件是：以严谨、科学的方式进行生产；具有一定的内、外效度，得到教育实践的检验；教育理论语言表述规范、具有可理解性。

In the western, there are three famous exponents of the typical educational theory pointing out the basic demand of the true educational theory from their own view, the development of the theory and the test result of the practice indicate that the true educational theory must meet the following conditions:producing in the rigorous and scientific way;the certain internal and external validity;to be tested by the educational practice;the description of the educational theory language should be normative and comprehensible.
