近年来为提高列车安全运行，列车临时限速技术被应用到铁路系统，手持巡检设备是临时限速系统的重要组成部分。列车临时限速是指铁道线路固定限速之外的、具有时效性的限速。本文介绍了一种基于AVR单片机ATmega1280处理器的列车临时限速手持巡检设备的工作原理及主要功能。该设备通过ZigBee无线通信技术，准确及时获取布置在铁路上的RFID（射频识别）标签信息，并结合GSM网络及时将标签数据传输给后台系统，以便在出现紧急情况时，快速反应，及时处理危机，最大限度减少损失。

In recent years, in order to improve the safe operation of the train, the temporary speed limiting technology is applied to the rail system. Hand-held inspection equipment is an important part of the temporary speed limiting system. Temporary Speed Restriction For Train refers to the time-based speed limiting except for the fixed speed restriction of the railway line. This paper introduces the work principles and main functions of a hand-held inspection equipment for the temporary speed limiting based on AVR MCU, Atmega1280 microcomputer. The device uses ZigBee wireless communication technology, accurately and timely gets the RFID tag information on the railway, and combines with the GSM network to timely transfer the real-time label data to the back-end systems, so that in case of emergency, realizing rapid response, timely deal with the crisis, and minimizing the loss.
