研究壳聚糖对纯棉机织衬布的无甲醛防缩整理,探讨壳聚糖用量、交联剂用量、焙烘时间及温度等因素对整理效果的影响。结果表明:壳聚糖防缩整理的最优工艺为壳聚糖用量3g/L、交联剂柠檬酸用量12 g/L、80℃预烘4 min、160℃焙烘90 s;整理后衬布的白度为89.0,撕破强力保留率为55.9%,经向水洗尺寸变化率为-0.69%,纬向水洗尺寸变化率为-0.60%。
研究殼聚糖對純棉機織襯佈的無甲醛防縮整理,探討殼聚糖用量、交聯劑用量、焙烘時間及溫度等因素對整理效果的影響。結果錶明:殼聚糖防縮整理的最優工藝為殼聚糖用量3g/L、交聯劑檸檬痠用量12 g/L、80℃預烘4 min、160℃焙烘90 s;整理後襯佈的白度為89.0,撕破彊力保留率為55.9%,經嚮水洗呎吋變化率為-0.69%,緯嚮水洗呎吋變化率為-0.60%。
연구각취당대순면궤직츤포적무갑철방축정리,탐토각취당용량、교련제용량、배홍시간급온도등인소대정리효과적영향。결과표명:각취당방축정리적최우공예위각취당용량3g/L、교련제저몽산용량12 g/L、80℃예홍4 min、160℃배홍90 s;정리후츤포적백도위89.0,시파강력보류솔위55.9%,경향수세척촌변화솔위-0.69%,위향수세척촌변화솔위-0.60%。
The shrink-proof finishing using chitosan on the cotton woven fusible interlining was studied . Meanwhile , the influence of the chitosan dosage , crosslinking agent , curing time and temperature was also discussed .The testing results show that the optimum process is chitosan dosage of 3 g/L, citric acid dosage of 12 g/L, pre-dried at 80 ℃for 4 min, cured at 160 ℃for 90 s.The whiteness of the finished interlining fabric is 89.0, the retention rate of tearing strength is 55.9%, the shrinkage rate of warp direction is -0.69%and weft direction is -0.60%.
