针对现有弹药装配工艺技术和设备相对落后的问题,介绍一种适用于火工品装配的群模自动生产线。论述了生产线的原理及主要组成结构,通过操作控制面板上的按钮实现对各专机的控制,实现了机械设备和控制系统集成在一起,满足不同产品的生产需要。分析结果表明:该火工品群模自动生产线实现了火工品的自动装药、压药以及模具的自动传送,同时降低劳动强度,保障了员工的人身安全。

This article is pointing out the current technologies and equipment which are out of date for ammunition assembling process, and introduce an automatic multi-piece production line which is applied to the assembling process of initiation explosive devices. Principle and main configuration of this production line are described, that each special device is controlled by the buttons on the control panel, mechanical equipment and controlling system are integrated through this way, to suffice different production demands. Result of the analysis indicates that, this automatic multi-piece production line can realize automatic charging, composition pressing and die transferring, and can reduce the labor intensity, ensure the security as well.
