针对固体导弹发动机高能X射线照相检测中人工换片耗时费力、效率低下等问题,研制和开发一套高能X 射线照相自动换片系统。该系统采用合理的机械结构设计和工业机器人技术,从机械传动、气动系统和电气控制3个方面介绍了该系统的硬件系统,从手动、自动和示教3种运行方式设计了系统的软件控制,并分析了软件设计流程。分析结果证明:该系统实现了胶片暗盒的自动抓取与存放,缩短了检测时间,降低了射线辐射危害,提高了工作效率。
針對固體導彈髮動機高能X射線照相檢測中人工換片耗時費力、效率低下等問題,研製和開髮一套高能X 射線照相自動換片繫統。該繫統採用閤理的機械結構設計和工業機器人技術,從機械傳動、氣動繫統和電氣控製3箇方麵介紹瞭該繫統的硬件繫統,從手動、自動和示教3種運行方式設計瞭繫統的軟件控製,併分析瞭軟件設計流程。分析結果證明:該繫統實現瞭膠片暗盒的自動抓取與存放,縮短瞭檢測時間,降低瞭射線輻射危害,提高瞭工作效率。

For solid missile engine artificial in high-energy X-ray photographic detection in time-consuming, inefficient and other issues, a set of high energy X-ray photography film automatic switching system is designed. The system adopts the reasonable mechanical structure design and industrial robot technology, the hardware system are introduced from the mechanical transmission, pneumatic system and electrical control three aspects, the software of the system is designed in three modes, such as manual, automation and teaching, the software design process is analyzed. Analysis results show that the system implements the automatic fetching and storing film cassette, which shorten the testing time, reduces the radiation hazard, and improves the working efficiency.
