针对传统军事物流中心选址存在不足的问题,对基于网络层次分析的军事逆向物流中心选址方法进行研究。从军事逆向物流中心选址原则和选址影响因素2方面入手,建立军事逆向物流中心选址评价指标体系,构建网络层次分析图,对指标体系进行评价,并利用 SD 软件进行仿真验证,计算评价指标体系中各子项指标权重,得到各方案的优劣关系。验证结果表明:该方法能大大简化军事逆向物流中心选址的复杂性,使物流中心选址的决策更为科学、合理。

Aiming at the deficiency of traditional research on military logistics center location problems, the military reverse logistics center location method is analyzed based on analytic network process. The evaluation index system of military reverse logistics center location is established from the view of location principle and location factors, an analytic network process table is established to evaluate index, a case study is built to verify the validity of the method using SD software, each index weight is calculated, and the priority of each plan is obtained. The result shows that, this method can greatly simplify the complexity of military reverse logistics center location problems, and make the decision more scientific and reasonable.
