在电网的运行状况发生改变时,如果能够及时掌握系统阻尼的变化趋势和范围,对电力系统可能产生的弱阻尼模式采取及时有效的控制措施,防范低频振荡的发生,就为电网的安全稳定运行设置了一道安全防线,实现这一切依赖于对电力系统低频振荡模式的阻尼进行准确预测。提出了一种基于投影寻踪的阻尼预测方法,并结合华中电网川豫振荡模式的工程实例对该方法的有效性和准确性进行了对比验证。结果表明,该方法能够满足工程可信度要求,准确预测出系统在当前运行方式下低频振荡模式的阻尼情况,从而为实现低频振荡的在线监测和控制提供依据。

When the operation of power grid changes,it is possible to prevent the low frequency oscillation by mas-tering the trends and range of system damping take effective measures for possible weak damping modes,thus set-ting up a security line for the safe and stable operation of power grid,however,which depends on accurate forecast of the damping of low frequency oscillation modes of power system to implement all of this. In this paper,a projec-tion pursuit based method for predicting damping is presented. The effectiveness and accuracy of this method are verified by an engineering example of Chuan-Yu oscillation mode in Central China Power Grid. The result shows that this method can afford the demands for engineering reliability,accurately predict low frequency oscillation damping under current operation,and thus provide basis for realizing low frequency on-line monitor and control.
