每一种分布式电源都有并网运行和孤岛运行两种运行模式。提出一种多环反馈的逆变控制器,风力发电机并网逆变器在两种运行模式下都采用PQ控制,发出指定的有功功率和无功功率;储能蓄电池并网逆变器在并网时采用PQ控制,发出指定的有功和无功功率,孤岛时采用V/f控制,维持电压和频率。设计一种加权控制算法,在分布式电源两种运行模式切换时,抑制并网电流的冲击,稳定负载电压,达到无缝切换。利用电磁暂态分析软件PSCAD/EMTDC进行了仿真分析,算例结果验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。

Every kind of distributed power has two operation modes,namely,grid connected operation and islan-ded operation. This paper proposes a kind of multiple loop feedback inverter controller,in which wind generator grid-connected inverter adopts PQ control in the two operation modes and produces the specified active power and reactive power. Energy storage battery grid-connected inverter uses PQ control to generate specified active and inac-tive power when it is connected to the grid,while employs V/f control when the system is operated in islanded mode to maintain the voltage and frequency. At the same time a weighted control algorithm is designed in distributed pow-er supply to inhibit the grid connected current impact when the two operation modes of distributed power supply are switching,so as to achieve a seamless handover. Simulation analysis is performed by using electromagnetic transi-ent analysis software PSCAD/ EMTDC. The results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
