目的:探讨美国CereTom NL3000移动式CT的性能和在颅脑疾病中的临床应用价值。方法:使用移动式CT对561例病情危重或行动不便的神经外科、儿科监护室、呼吸科监护室、胸外科监护室及重症监护室住院患者进行颅内影像学研究、分析和判断。探讨使用移动CT后及时发现患者手术中发生的改变和对病变的切除程度。结果:临床医生对患者的检查过程和检查后的影像资料都满意,移动CT检查未导致患者病情的加重和并发症的发生,可减少患者运送过程中生理指标不稳定或技术失误等危险性。结论:CereTom NL3000移动CT具有体积小、方便、快捷、安全、易操作及辐射小等特点,能够提供高质量的颅内影像学资料,尤其适合于病情危重、需要呼吸机辅助及不便搬动的患者颅脑疾病的检查。

Objective: To evaluate the performance and clinical value of mobile CT (CereTom NL3000) produced by Neurological Company, the U.S.A. Methods: Five hundred and fifty-six cases of seriously ill and inconvenient patients in neurosurgery department and ICUs were examined by mobile CT and the images were studied to detect timely the changes during operation and the lesion residue after operation. Results:Clinicians were satisfactory to the possessions and images of mobile CT examinations. No deteriorated conditions of patients and complications were found during mobile CT examinations, and the risk of Physiological indicators’ instability and technique mistakes during transportation. Conclusion:CereTom NL3000 mobile CT has the advantages of small size, convenient, swift, and safe, easy-operation and small radiation, and can provide high quality cranial imaging data. It is especially appropriate for head examination of the seriously ill, respirator-assistant, or Inconvenient transportation patients.
