The inhibition or weakening of osteogenic differentiation is one of the important factors of osteoporosis.The in-depth researches of bone metabolism-related microRNA ( miRNA ) reveal a close relationship between the expression of miRNA and osteogenic differentiation.This paper elaborates the research status of osteogenic differentiation regulated by miRNA and its mechanisms, aiming at providing a theoretical basis for the pathogenesis and treatment of osteoporosis.
