对鲕状赤铁矿的磨矿工艺进行了优化,并研究了六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、Z-164D三种助磨剂对鲕状赤铁矿磨矿效率的影响。结果表明:在相同磨矿条件下,当磨矿浓度80%时,三种助磨剂在最佳用量时可使磨矿产品中-0.074mm粒级含量分别提高30.25、29.83和30.15个百分点;但与不添加助磨剂时的最佳磨矿效果(此时,磨矿浓度70%)相比,产品中-0.074mm粒级含量仅分别提高了0.72、0.30和0.62个百分点。在此基础上,研究了助磨剂对鲕状赤铁矿磨矿的矿浆粘度、磨矿产品形貌和磨矿产品表面硬度等变化的作用,揭示了助磨剂提高鲕状赤铁矿磨矿效率的作用机理。

Based on optimizing the grinding process of oolitic hematite , the effects of sodium hexametaphosphate ,sodium tripolyphosphate and Z-164D on the grinding efficiency of oolitic hematite were studied . And the results showed , keeping other grinding parameters as constant and the grinding concentration being 80% ,the contents of -0 .074 mm in the grinding products were increased by 30.25 , 29.83 and 30.15 percentage points respectively under the proper dosages of all three kinds of grinding aids . However ,comparing with the optimal grinding conditions without grinding aids ,the contents of -0.074 mm in the grinding products were only increased by 0.72 ,0.30 and 0.62 percentage points respectively when the grinding concentration was 70% .On the basis of experiments and measurements ,the changes of pulp viscosity ,the particle morphology and the surface hardness of grinding products were studied and the mechanisms of improving the grinding efficiency of oolitic hematite by grinding aids were revealed .
