利用脉冲电沉积法成功制备了金属镍掺杂碳气凝胶。通过XRD、SEM-EDS和T EM 测试方法证实脉冲电沉积法成功地在碳气凝胶结构中还原出了金属镍,SEM图谱表明生成的金属镍粒子均匀分布于碳气凝胶结构中。利用ICP-AES仪测试了掺杂金属碳气凝胶中金属的含量。N2吸附数据分析表明,掺入金属镍后,碳气凝胶的比表面积、总孔体积、介孔体积和微孔体积均减小,说明还原生成的金属镍颗粒填充了部分碳气凝胶的介孔和微孔。
利用脈遲電沉積法成功製備瞭金屬鎳摻雜碳氣凝膠。通過XRD、SEM-EDS和T EM 測試方法證實脈遲電沉積法成功地在碳氣凝膠結構中還原齣瞭金屬鎳,SEM圖譜錶明生成的金屬鎳粒子均勻分佈于碳氣凝膠結構中。利用ICP-AES儀測試瞭摻雜金屬碳氣凝膠中金屬的含量。N2吸附數據分析錶明,摻入金屬鎳後,碳氣凝膠的比錶麵積、總孔體積、介孔體積和微孔體積均減小,說明還原生成的金屬鎳顆粒填充瞭部分碳氣凝膠的介孔和微孔。

Ni-doped carbon aerogels were successfully synthesized by pulse electrodepo-sition method ,and were confirmed by XRD ,SEM-EDS and TEM .SEM-EDS images show that a great number of Ni particles homogeneously present in the network of carbon aerogels .Nitrogen adsorption data analysis show s that the specific surface area , total pore volume ,micropore volume and mesopore volume of carbon aerogels decrease after Ni-doping ,which means that Ni particles fill part of the mesopore and micropore of carbon aerogels .
