目的：分析布鲁杆菌病流行情况及其临床特征，以利于及时诊断与治疗，防止其慢性化进展。方法收集内蒙古医科大学附属医院2007年1月-2012年12月在门诊及住院诊治的布鲁杆菌病患者126例临床资料并进行分析。结果内蒙古中西部地区布鲁杆菌病流行呈逐年增加态势，流行高峰集中在4-6月份（60/126，47．62％），21～60岁为高发年龄（87/126，69．05％），发病以密切接触牛羊者居多（111/126，88．10％），无接触史散发者逐年增多。布鲁杆菌病在临床上以发热、多汗、关节痛、乏力为主要症状，肝脾淋巴结肿大、神经损害、睾丸肿痛等为次要症状，极少部分患者出现血小板极度减少。结论布鲁杆菌病临床表现多样且不典型，易使多器官受累，对患者身体造成极大的损害，应及早诊断及治疗，防止其慢性化。
목적：분석포로간균병류행정황급기림상특정，이리우급시진단여치료，방지기만성화진전。방법수집내몽고의과대학부속의원2007년1월-2012년12월재문진급주원진치적포로간균병환자126례림상자료병진행분석。결과내몽고중서부지구포로간균병류행정축년증가태세，류행고봉집중재4-6월빈（60/126，47．62％），21～60세위고발년령（87/126，69．05％），발병이밀절접촉우양자거다（111/126，88．10％），무접촉사산발자축년증다。포로간균병재림상상이발열、다한、관절통、핍력위주요증상，간비림파결종대、신경손해、고환종통등위차요증상，겁소부분환자출현혈소판겁도감소。결론포로간균병림상표현다양차불전형，역사다기관수루，대환자신체조성겁대적손해，응급조진단급치료，방지기만성화。
Objective To analyze the brucellosis prevalence and clinical characteristics , in order to facilitate timely diagnosis and treatment, prevent chronic progress.Methods Between January 2007 and December 2012, collected and ana-lyzed patients clinical data of 126 cases in Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University outpatient and inpatient de -partment who were diagnosed and treated as Brucella .Results Inner Mongolia Midwest area, brucellosis prevalence was in-creasing year by year, the peak of the epidemic concentrated in April to June (60 /126,47.62%), 21 to 60 years of age for the high incidence population (87 /126,69.05%), who were close contact with cattle and sheep (111 /126,88.10%), no his-tory of exposure to the distributor were increased year by year .Brucellosis presented with fever , sweating, joint pain, fatigue is the main symptom, swollen lymph nodes, liver and spleen enlargement, nerve damage, testicular swelling and other second -ary symptoms, rarely in some patients, the platelet was extremely reduced .Conclusion Brucellosis with the feature of diverse and atypical clinical manifestations , and multi-organ involved, causing great damage to the patient 's body, early diagnosis and treatment can prevent chronic progress .
