目的：建立医院感染脆弱性研究指标体系，为医院制定预防医院感染防控措施提供科学依据。方法在阐述医院感染脆弱性分析方法的基础上，通过文献法、专家会议法、德尔菲法进行指标体系的建立并进行赋分。结果通过文献的搜集、鉴别、整理相关文献和2轮的德尔菲法确定最终的指标体系由8个一级指标、24个二级指标、4个三级指标组成。通过赋分医院感染的脆弱度为24分，属于较高风险项目。结论本指标体系的建立过程使用的方法科学、简便、易行、实用。

Objective An index system of vulnerability of nosocomial infection was to be established for the precaution against hospital infection.Methods An index system was established and evaluated on the basis of the literature review of the hospital infection vulnerability,Delphi technique method and experts′con-sultation.Results The final indexes were established by differentiating and analyzing the collected papers, together with the two rounds of Delphi technique application.The established indexes were composed of 8 first-class indexes,24 second-class indexes and 4 third-class indexes.The vulnerability degree of hospital infection is 24 according to the scores,which belongs to the high-risky project.Conclusion The methods adopted in the establishment of index system were scientific,simple,convenient and practical,therefore, it can provide the scientific basis for the resource allocation and development projects of the precaution a-gainst the hospital infection.
