目的：建立新疆阿魏药材 HPLC 指纹图谱的鉴别方法。方法以 Waters XTerra RP18（250 mm×4．6 mm，5μm）色谱柱为分析柱，流动相为乙腈-0．01％磷酸水，采用梯度洗脱，流速为1．0 mL/min，323 nm 波长下检测，对10个不同批次药材的 HPLC 指纹图谱进行比对。结果新疆阿魏药材 HPLC 指纹图谱共有18个共有峰，且具有较高的相似度，平均值为0．980。结论该方法简便，重复性好，特征性强，可用于新疆阿魏药材的鉴别和质量控制。

Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint for the identification of Ferula sinkiangensis K .M . Shen .Method The chromatographic separation was conducted on a Waters XTerra RP18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.01% phosphoric acid,gradient eluent at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The UV detection was set at 323 nm.Result By comparing 10 batches of different batches of medicines for HPLC fingerprint,there were 18 mutual peaks with a high degree of similarity(with the average of 0.98).Conclusion The method is stable and reliable with a good reproducibility and could serve as a reference standard for the identification and quality control of Ferula sinkiangensis K .M.Shen.
