目的:建立 HPLC 法测定维药恰麻古中槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷含量。方法采用 HPLC 法测定新疆阿克苏、吐鲁番、伊犁地区维药恰麻古槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷含量,色谱条件:KromasilC18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸水溶液(25∶75,v/v);检测波长:257 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:30℃。结果恰麻古中槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷在0.0105~0.2100 mg/mL 浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r =0.9997),平均加样回收率为99.1%,RSD 为2.4%(n =9),新疆阿克苏、吐鲁番、伊犁产地恰麻古中槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷的含量分别为0.702、0.334、0.524 mg/g。结论 HPLC 法简单可行,重复性好,可作为恰麻古质量评价的方法之一。
目的:建立 HPLC 法測定維藥恰痳古中槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷含量。方法採用 HPLC 法測定新疆阿剋囌、吐魯番、伊犛地區維藥恰痳古槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷含量,色譜條件:KromasilC18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流動相:乙腈-0.5%冰醋痠水溶液(25∶75,v/v);檢測波長:257 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱溫:30℃。結果恰痳古中槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷在0.0105~0.2100 mg/mL 濃度範圍內呈良好的線性關繫(r =0.9997),平均加樣迴收率為99.1%,RSD 為2.4%(n =9),新疆阿剋囌、吐魯番、伊犛產地恰痳古中槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷的含量分彆為0.702、0.334、0.524 mg/g。結論 HPLC 法簡單可行,重複性好,可作為恰痳古質量評價的方法之一。
목적:건립 HPLC 법측정유약흡마고중곡피소-3-O-β-D-필남포도당감함량。방법채용 HPLC 법측정신강아극소、토로번、이리지구유약흡마고곡피소-3-O-β-D-필남포도당감함량,색보조건:KromasilC18주(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);류동상:을정-0.5%빙작산수용액(25∶75,v/v);검측파장:257 nm;류속:1.0 mL/min;주온:30℃。결과흡마고중곡피소-3-O-β-D-필남포도당감재0.0105~0.2100 mg/mL 농도범위내정량호적선성관계(r =0.9997),평균가양회수솔위99.1%,RSD 위2.4%(n =9),신강아극소、토로번、이리산지흡마고중곡피소-3-O-β-D-필남포도당감적함량분별위0.702、0.334、0.524 mg/g。결론 HPLC 법간단가행,중복성호,가작위흡마고질량평개적방법지일。
Objtctive To establish a method for determining Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside in Brassica rapa L.by HPLC.Methods HPLC method for determining of Aksu,Turpan,ili′ Uyghur medicine of Xinjiang,quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside in Brassica rapa L.content.Chromatographic conditions:KromasilC18 column (200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);Mobile phase:acetonitrile -0.5% glacial acetic acid a-queous solution (25∶75,v/v);detection wavelength of 257 nm;Flow rate:1.0 mL/min;Column temper-ature:30℃.Results There was a linear correlation between the concentration of Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glu-copyranoside (0.010 5~0.210 0 mg/mL)and the peak area value (r =0.999 7),the average recovery was 99.1% with the RSD of 2.4% (n =9).Aksu,Turpan and Ili of Xinjiang.Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyrano-side in Brassica rapa L.content were 0.702,0.334 and 0.524 mg/g.Conclusion The method is simple and has good linear relationship.This method can be used to identify and evaluate the quality of Brassica rapa L.
