采用双流环密封瓦发电组在密封瓦内窜油时难以判断窜油的密封瓦及窜油点。某机组自投产以来一直存在空、氢侧密封油窜油，发电机氢气污染的现象，检修人员在长达6年的时间里对该机密封油系统进行多次检查检修，一直未能找到窜油点，发电机氢气污染现象也没有明显改善。参考多台发电机氢气污染事件的实例分析，提出了一种密封油系统进行在线试验方法，通过密封压力与密封油箱油位变化情况的分析，准确找到了密封油系统的窜油点。该方法可以快速判断双流环密封瓦发电机内密封油漏油位置，试验方法对排除双流环密封油系统类似缺陷具有指导作用。

It's hard to find the position of the mixed place when the seal oil mixed in the generator with double seal oil bears, there was an incorrect phenomenon in a generator when it's first operation, such as hydrogen pollution and sealed tank discharge . the technical workers checked and repaired the seal oil system many times in the next 6 years, but they couldn't find the fault. At last they leant form many examples of hydrogen pollution in generator, and made the system correct by some experiment. The experiment is a good way to find the faults of the generator seal oil system, especially when the air side oil and the hydrogen side oil mixed together.
