通过调查大通河流域的水资源利用状况和对其下游控制站享堂水文站1980-2010年实测水文、水质数据进行分析，发现近年来大通河下游的水量、洪水过程、含沙量等水文要素发生了较大变化，原因主要是梯级电站的开发和引水工程的修建。为了保障大通河的自身用水权，在保障河流的最小生态需水量的同时，应考虑维持河流的适宜生态需水量。未来应结合整个流域的生态需求和经济发展，合理开发利用水资源，统一管理调度，保障河流健康生命。

In this paper,on the basis of investigation of water resources utilization in Datong River,combining with the analysis of measured hydrolog-ic and water quality data at Xiangtang Hydrological Station,the downstream control station of Datong River,during 1980 to 2010,it is found that hydrological factors such as water yield,flood process and sediment concentration in the Lower Datong River have changed greatly in recent years. The main reasons are the development of cascade hydropower stations and the construction of water diversion projects. In order to achieve the sustainable development of the river,measures for protecting the water rights of Datong River have been proposed,guaranteeing minimum ecological river water demand while maintaining suitable ecological water demand. It is recommended to develop and utilize water resources rationally and to schedule water resources unified combing with the whole catchment ecology and economy in the future,so as to safeguard the healthy life of the river.
