某化工园区废水氯代硝基芳烃化合物(CNACs)含量高、毒性大、可生化性差,为使其达标排放,同时为园区化工废水的集中处理工程建设提供设计依据和参考,试验采用“铁炭还原-电解-SBR”耦合工艺处理该高杂混合化工废水,考察了各处理单元的最佳工况条件及耦合工艺运行时的处理效果。结果表明:在进水pH 3.1、Fe/C质量比0.5、铁炭还原45 min,电解进水pH 1.61、极板间距3 cm、电解电压9 V、电解时间1 h、SBR间歇曝气8 h的条件下,耦合工艺运行效果最佳,处理后最终出水水质达到三级排放标准(GB8978-1996)。

The complicated chemical wastewater from an industrial park contains large amounts of CNACs, the toxicity is very high, so its biodegradability is very poor. Utilizing the coupled process of"iron-carbon reduction-electrolysis-SBR"to treat the wastewater, the optimal operating parameters and performance of the coupled process were investigated, in order to make it discharge under standard, also, to provide the reference for the construction of centralized wastewater treatment engineering of the park. The results indicated that the quality of final effluent completely met the third class standard in"Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB8978-1996) under the best experimental conditions of initial pH 3.1, Fe/C (quality) 1/2, HRT 45 min for iron-carbon reduction unit, the influent pH 1.61 for electrolysis unit, electrode distance 3 cm, the working voltage 9 V, working time 1 h, and intermittent aeration 8 h for SBR unit.
