脱硫DCS自动控制系统中的石膏旋流器失稳信号是判断结垢堵塞的重要依据。传统的旋流器失稳检测智能化程度较低,难以满足脱硫DCS控制系统对安全的要求。为此,提出一种基于小波变换理论的脱硫DCS旋流器失稳状态检测方法。利用小波变换方法在平稳、微弱信号分辨方面的优势,将采集的信号分解在不同的频段,通过与失稳频率的阀值进行比较,能够得到旋流器失稳信号频率特征。试验结果表明,此方法能够及时检测到旋流器失稳信号,从而满足了脱硫DCS控制系统的安全要求。

Desulfurization DCS automatic control system of the instability of gypsum hydrocyclone signal is the important basis of dirty jams judgment. Instability of the traditional hydrocyclone detection intelligent degree is low, it is difficult to meet the requirements of desulfurization of DCS control system for safety. For this, put forward a kind of desulfurization DCS based on the theory of the wavelet transform cyclone instability state detection method. Using the method of wavelet transform in the smooth and weak signal to distinguish advantages, the acquisition of signal decomposition in different frequency bands, through comparing with instability frequency threshold, can get the signal frequency feature of cyclone. Test results show that this method can timely detect the cyclone instability of signal, so as to meet the safety requirements of desulfurization of DCS control system.
