研究了孔隙形状和排列对多孔材料弹性模量的影响。将快速傅里叶变换法与迭代法相结合预测多孔材料弹性模量,通过与解析解比较验证了该预测方法的有效性。基于数值结果,定量评价了孔隙形状和排列对多孔材料弹性模量的影响。发现对于给定的孔隙率,含三角形孔的多孔材料弹性模量最低,而含正方形、圆形和六边形孔的多孔材料弹性模量比较接近。也发现对于给定的孔隙率,当圆孔按中心点分布时多孔材料弹性模量最高,而按随机分布时多孔材料弹性模量最低。

The effects of pore shape and arrangement on the elastic modulus of porous materials are studied. By combinng the fast Fourier transform method with iteration method, the elastic modulus of porous materials is predicted. The validity of the prediction method is verified with the analytical solution. Based on the numerical results, the effects of pore shape and arrangement on the elastic modulus of porous materials are evaluated in a quantitative manner. It is found that, for a given porosity, the elastic modulus of porous materials with triangular pores is the lowest, whereas porous materials with square, circular, and hexagonal pores have a similar elastic modulus. It is also found that, for a given porosity, the elastic modulus of porous materials with pores distributed at the element center achieves a highest value, whereas porous materials with rendom pores are of a lowest elastic modulus.
