生物医药产业是世界各国的关注热点。近年来，杭州市生物医药产业发展快，但是相对全市工业经济增幅小；本土骨干企业偏少，龙头企业经济运行逐渐分化，大企业大集团发展速度逐渐拉开；巨大的市场需求和政府政策的推动使生物医药成为投资热点，然而药品监管更加严格，国际竞争加剧。为此，应加大政府支持力度，吸纳海内外优秀人才，完善生物医药技术转化体系，提高企业自主创新能力，以推动杭州市生物医药产业进一步发展。
生物醫藥產業是世界各國的關註熱點。近年來，杭州市生物醫藥產業髮展快，但是相對全市工業經濟增幅小；本土骨榦企業偏少，龍頭企業經濟運行逐漸分化，大企業大集糰髮展速度逐漸拉開；巨大的市場需求和政府政策的推動使生物醫藥成為投資熱點，然而藥品鑑管更加嚴格，國際競爭加劇。為此，應加大政府支持力度，吸納海內外優秀人纔，完善生物醫藥技術轉化體繫，提高企業自主創新能力，以推動杭州市生物醫藥產業進一步髮展。
생물의약산업시세계각국적관주열점。근년래，항주시생물의약산업발전쾌，단시상대전시공업경제증폭소；본토골간기업편소，룡두기업경제운행축점분화，대기업대집단발전속도축점랍개；거대적시장수구화정부정책적추동사생물의약성위투자열점，연이약품감관경가엄격，국제경쟁가극。위차，응가대정부지지력도，흡납해내외우수인재，완선생물의약기술전화체계，제고기업자주창신능력，이추동항주시생물의약산업진일보발전。
In recent years, the Hangzhou bio-medicine industry makes fast progress. But there are many problems to be solved. For example, the growth rate is smaller than the city's industrial economy growth. The number of leading enterprises is few. And the development of leading enterprises gradually opens the gap. Because of the market demand and government policies, bio-medicine industry is becoming a hot spot for investment. Facing the stricter drug monitoring and increased global competition, the government should increase supportive strength,introduce technology and talent, perfect technological innovation system, improve the technological innovative capabilities of enterprises, in order to further promote the development of bio-medicine industry.
