研究了以乙醇-水为溶剂微波辅助提取油茶饼中残油的方法。通过乙醇浓度、微波功率、反应时间、料液比等单因素实验和正交设计实验方法探讨油茶饼中残油提取的影响因素。得到最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度95%,微波功率320 W,微波处理时间10 min,料液比1∶10(g/mL),此条件下一次提取残油的收率达5.57%。此法提取油茶饼残油收率高,提取时间短,方法简单可行。

The method for microwave-assisted extraction of residual oil in defatted cake of camellia using ethanol-water as solvent was investigated. The effect of ethanol concentration, microwave power, heating time and solid-to-liquid rate on extraction rate of oil were studied in detail by single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows: the concentration of ethanol was 95 %, microwave power is 320 W, heating time is 10 min, solid to liquid ratio was 1∶10. Under the optimum conditions ,the yield of oil was 5.57%, which gets closed to the result of soxhlet extraction using petroleum ether as solvent. This method for extraction of residual oil in defatted cake of camellia was simple and effective.
