目的:研究奥斯曼生眉液的超滤工艺。方法采用截留相对分子量分别为6000和30000的聚丙烯中空纤维膜,以超滤前后药液中吲哚苷和鞣质含量为指标,采用单因素考察和正交实验方法优选超滤的最佳工艺参数。结果截留相对分子质量为30000的超滤膜有较好的分离提纯效果,最佳工艺参数为:料液加水稀释5倍,调pH至6.0,常温、操作压力0.10Mpa的条件下膜分离3遍。结论超滤工艺能有效提高产品有效物的含量和解决产品稳定性问题。

목적:연구오사만생미액적초려공예。방법채용절류상대분자량분별위6000화30000적취병희중공섬유막,이초려전후약액중신타감화유질함량위지표,채용단인소고찰화정교실험방법우선초려적최가공예삼수。결과절류상대분자질량위30000적초려막유교호적분리제순효과,최가공예삼수위:료액가수희석5배,조pH지6.0,상온、조작압력0.10Mpa적조건하막분리3편。결론초려공예능유효제고산품유효물적함량화해결산품은정성문제。
OBJECTIVE To explore the optimize the ultrafiltration technology of Osmen Plant Eyebrow Growing 1iquid.METHODS The polypropylene ( PP) membrane of different aperture 6000 and 30000 were studied on the applicability with water-extraction of Osmen.The propermolecular weight retention was optimized with removal of liq-uid impurities andindole glycosides as index ,while the proper ultrafiltration condition was optimized by single factor and orthogonal tests.RESULTS The PP membrane with 30000 interceptionmolecular weight had better separation efficiency and the preferred operation parameters were 0.10 Mpa of pressure ,the pH adjusted to 6.0 ,at room temper-atureand separation 3 times of water-extraction.CONCLUSION Ultrafiltration process can effectively improve the effective substance content of products and solve the problem of product stability.
