目的：分析风险管理在冠心病专科护理管理中的应用效果。方法：150例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各75例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组则在常规护理基础上应用风险管理，比较两组患者护理过程中的风险因素发生率及死亡率、患者满意度、非计划拔管等情况。结果：观察组的风险事件发生率、死亡率及各种原因导致的非计划拔管率均低于对照组（P<0.05），患者满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在冠心病专科护理中应用风险管理，能够明显降低护理风险事件的发生率及死亡率，提升整体护理水平和满意度，值得临床推广应用。
목적：분석풍험관리재관심병전과호리관리중적응용효과。방법：150례환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조각75례，대조조채용상규호리，관찰조칙재상규호리기출상응용풍험관리，비교량조환자호리과정중적풍험인소발생솔급사망솔、환자만의도、비계화발관등정황。결과：관찰조적풍험사건발생솔、사망솔급각충원인도치적비계화발관솔균저우대조조（P<0.05），환자만의도고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：재관심병전과호리중응용풍험관리，능구명현강저호리풍험사건적발생솔급사망솔，제승정체호리수평화만의도，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To study the effects of risk management applied in specialist nursing management of coronary heart disease. Methods:150 pa-tients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with each of 75 cases, control group received routine nursing care, observa-tion group with application of risk management based on conventional care, the incidence of risk factors, mortality rate, patient’s satisfaction and un-planned extubation in the process of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of risk factors, mortality and unplanned extubation caused by various reasons in observation group were all lower than those in control group (P<0.05), patient’s satisfaction in observation group was better than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of risk management in specialist nursing of coronary heart disease can significantly reduce the incidence and mortality of nursing risk events, and improve the holistic nursing care and satisfaction, being worthy of clinical application.
