在粮食储藏过程中,温度作为粮库粮情的一个重要参数,对粮食霉变以及粮库中虫灾、鼠患等的发生有极大的影响。试验在模拟的粮仓中采用无线传感器网络技术对粮库温度进行监测,在监测数据的基础上,运用普通最小二乘法(OLS)构建数学模型对粮仓温度进行预测。结果表明:该方法设计合理,误差较小,有较强的可操作性,并且方便快捷、成本低廉,有助于粮仓高效低能的正常运转。

In the process of grain storage, temperature, as a key indicator of the actual situation, greatly affects moldiness, pests and mice. The experiment using wireless sensor network technology to monitor temperature of the simulative granary; on the basis of monitoring data, Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method was used for establish math model in order to forecast the temperature of the simulative granary. The results showed that the method featured with well design, little error and high operability, and it is convenient, fast and low cost. Therefore, the method can help granary to operate well with high efficiency and low emerge.
