目的：探讨一种自毁式注射器的临床研制及应用效果。方法：该设备包括针头、针管、活塞和针芯，其特征是在针管上设有针管槽，针管槽上设有拉环，结合临床按随机原则分为使用普通注射器和自毁式注射器各200例，在针刺伤发生例数和发生率方面进行比较。采用百分比检验，分析比较两组注射器的使用效果。结果：该自毁式注射器的设计，获得了国家实用新型专利证书，通过在我院200例护理人员的临床应用，与使用普通的一次性注射器比较，针刺伤人员发生率降低了100％。具有统计学意义。结论：该自毁式注射器结构简单，使用方便，解决了护理人员在给病人注射后器械销毁的问题，减少针刺伤的发生，确保医护人员的健康。

Objective:To investigate the clinical research and application of a self destruction type syringe.Methods:The device includes a needle,a needle tube,a piston and a needle core,and is characterized in the needle groove is arranged on the needle tube,a needle groove is provided with a pul ring,combined with clinical randomly diG vided into ordinary syringe and self destruction syringe in al 200 cases,the number of cases and the incidence rate of injury side were compared in the needle.The percentG age of inspection,the use effect analysis and comparison of two groups of syringe.Result:The design of the self destruction injector,won the national utility model patent certificate,the clinical application of 200 cases in our hospital nursing staff,compared with disposable syringe needle stab people use common,the incidence was reduced by 100%.Statistical significance.Conclusion:The self destruction injector has the advantages of simple structure,convenient use,solves the nursing staff in the patient afG ter injection equipment destroyed,reduce needle injury occurred,to ensure the health of staff.
