目的：分析中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的治疗方法和临床疗效。方法：收治中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者59例，根据眼底荧光血管图片渗漏点的位置及患者意愿分别采取激光和药物综合治疗及单纯药物保守治疗，观察患者治疗后的自觉症状，矫正视力及眼底变化。结果：眼底造影图片显示渗漏点离中心凹250μm以外，发病时间短，及早进行激光治疗，激光术后结合药物综合治疗者，视觉质量及眼底情况会恢复得更快，更好。结论：激光光凝治疗可使渗漏点在短时间内愈合，缩短病程，并且损伤小，操作方便，可重复治疗，光凝后结合口服卵磷脂络合碘胶囊综合治疗，疗效确切。

목적：분석중심성장액성맥락막시망막병변적치료방법화림상료효。방법：수치중심성장액성맥락막시망막병변환자59례，근거안저형광혈관도편삼루점적위치급환자의원분별채취격광화약물종합치료급단순약물보수치료，관찰환자치료후적자각증상，교정시력급안저변화。결과：안저조영도편현시삼루점리중심요250μm이외，발병시간단，급조진행격광치료，격광술후결합약물종합치료자，시각질량급안저정황회회복득경쾌，경호。결론：격광광응치료가사삼루점재단시간내유합，축단병정，병차손상소，조작방편，가중복치료，광응후결합구복란린지락합전효낭종합치료，료효학절。
Objective:To analyze the treatment method and clinical curative effect of central serous chorioretinopathy.Methods:59 patients with central serous chorioretinopathy were selected.We treated them with the laser and drug comprehensive treatment and pure medicine conservative treatment accorde to the fundus fluorescence vascular leakage point location and patients' will,we observed the symptoms,visual acuity and fundus changes in patients after treatment.Results:The fundus angiography images showed that the leaking point at the foveal 250μm outside,the patients' quality of vision and fundus situation will recover faster in which the patients with onset time was short,early laser treatment,after laser surgery combined with drug therapy.Conclusion:The laser photocoagulation treatment can make leaks healing in a short period of time,shorten the course of disease,and the injury is small,convenient,and it can repeatable treatment.The curative effect of after photocoagulation combined oral iodized lecithin capsules comprehensive treatment is exactly.
