采用液相色谱法,用可变波长紫外检测器和C18反相色谱柱,以甲醇、乙腈和水为流动相,对粉剂中的噻虫啉进行检测。结果表明:分析方法的线性相关系数为0.9995,标准偏差为0.013,变异系数为1.29%,1%噻虫啉的平均回收率达99.88%。

Taking liquid chromatography ,using a variable wavelength UV detector and a C18 reverse phase column , taking methanol ,acetonitrile & water as the mobile phase ,thiacloprid of powders were determined .Result shows that :the linear correlation coefficient is 0 .999 5 ,standard deviation being 0 .013 ,the coefficient of variation being 1 . 29% ,the mean recovery rate of 1% thiacloprid being 99 .88% .
