自然分布的风箱果(Physocapus amurensis)很难见到实生幼苗,自然更新能力较差。通过对风箱果种子的不同处理方法和采用不同的播种方式试验,探讨适合于风箱果种子繁殖的技术。试验结果表明:低温冷藏后的风箱果种子,清水浸泡48 h出苗率有明显提高;用200 mg 灋L -1赤霉素(GA3)处理72 h的种子出苗效果较好;播种深度在0.2 cm时出苗率最高。

Natural-distributed Physocapus amurensis seedlings whose natural regeneration capacity is poor has rarely been found .Through experiments with different treatments & different sowing mode on seeds of Physocapus amu-rensis technology which was suitable to propagation of seeds of Physocapus amurensis was discussed .Result shows that :after soaked in water for 48 h germination rate of seeds for Physocapus amurensis after cold storage increase significantly ;seed germination effect is optimal by treating 200 mg · L-1 GA3 after 72 h;the germination rate is the highest while the sowing depth being 0 .2 cm .
