目的:观察补阳还五汤对MIRI兔心功能及血清NO的影响,探讨补阳还五汤对MIRI的保护作用及可能机制。方法:将24只家兔随机分为假手术组、模型组、补阳还五汤组各8只。分别预处理1周后,结扎左冠状动脉前降支建立MIRI模型。运用BL-420生物机能实验系统,动态监测各组兔心电图的变化,测定不同时间点各组兔左心室功能指标数值和血清中NO含量。结果:与模型组比较,结扎冠状动脉及再灌注过程中补阳还五汤组ST段上抬幅度明显降低(P<0.01),LVSP、+dp/dt、-dp/dt的数值明显升高,NO含量明显增加(P<0.01)。结论:补阳还五汤可能通过提高血清中NO的含量来改善心功能,减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤。

목적:관찰보양환오탕대MIRI토심공능급혈청NO적영향,탐토보양환오탕대MIRI적보호작용급가능궤제。방법:장24지가토수궤분위가수술조、모형조、보양환오탕조각8지。분별예처리1주후,결찰좌관상동맥전강지건립MIRI모형。운용BL-420생물궤능실험계통,동태감측각조토심전도적변화,측정불동시간점각조토좌심실공능지표수치화혈청중NO함량。결과:여모형조비교,결찰관상동맥급재관주과정중보양환오탕조ST단상태폭도명현강저(P<0.01),LVSP、+dp/dt、-dp/dt적수치명현승고,NO함량명현증가(P<0.01)。결론:보양환오탕가능통과제고혈청중NO적함량래개선심공능,감경심기결혈재관주손상。
Objective:To explore the protection ofBuYang HuanWu Tang againstMIRI and its mechanism by observing the effects of BuYang HuanWu Tang on heart function and serum NO of MIRI rabbits.Methods: All 24 rabbits were random ized into sham operation group, model group and BuYang HuanWu Tang group, eight rabbits each group.In one week after pretreatm ent,the models were established by ligation of leftanterior descending coronary artery.ECG changes of the rabbits in differentgroups were monitored dynam ically by BL-420E ,the indexes of left ventricular function and the contents of NO in the serum were detected at different tim es. Results: Compared with the modelgroup,ST elevation ranges of BuYang HuanWu Tang group were obviously decreased in the course ofcoronary artery ligation and ischem ia-reperfusion (P<0.01),the indexes of LVSP,+dp/dtand -dp/dtwere raised, and the contents of NO were increased significantly (P<0.01).C onclusion:BuYang HuanWu Tang could improve heartfunction and reduce myocardialischemic reperfusion injury by improving the contents of NO in the serum .
