目的：对镰形棘豆氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇以及挥发油4个部位进行提取并对各提取物进行止咳、祛痰的药效比较研究。方法：通过小鼠氨水引咳实验观察各提取物的止咳作用；通过小鼠气管酚红排泌实验观察各提取物的祛痰作用。结果：与正常对照组比较，镰形棘豆各提取物组均能显著延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期和减少咳嗽次数(P＜0.01或P＜0.05)，并增加小鼠气道酚红排泌量(P＜0.01)。结论：镰形棘豆氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇以及挥发油4个部位提取物均具有止咳、祛痰的作用，尤以氯仿提取物作用效果最好。
목적：대렴형극두록방、을산을지、정정순이급휘발유4개부위진행제취병대각제취물진행지해、거담적약효비교연구。방법：통과소서안수인해실험관찰각제취물적지해작용；통과소서기관분홍배비실험관찰각제취물적거담작용。결과：여정상대조조비교，렴형극두각제취물조균능현저연장소서해수잠복기화감소해수차수(P＜0.01혹P＜0.05)，병증가소서기도분홍배비량(P＜0.01)。결론：렴형극두록방、을산을지、정정순이급휘발유4개부위제취물균구유지해、거담적작용，우이록방제취물작용효과최호。
Objective: To extract chloroform , ethyl acetate, n-butyl alcohol and volatile oil from Tibetan medicine LianXing JiDou (Oxytropis falcata Bunge.) and com pare the effects of different extracts. Methods: Mice models were induced by ammonia and administered with the extracts to observe the functions of stopping the cough; its function of dispelling the phlegm was observed by phenol sulfonphthalein excretion method in trachea of mice. Results: Compared with norm al control group,different extracts from LianXing JiDou could obviously prolong the incubation period ofcough and reduce the times ofcough (P<0.01 or P<0.05),and increase phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity of trachea in mice (P<0.01).Conclusion:Chloroform ,ethylacetate,n-butylalcoholand volatile oil from Tibetan medicine LianXing JiDou could stop the cough and dispel the phlegm , especially the extracts of chloroform show ing the besteffects.
