本文分析了用传统工艺处理粘胶行业废水的弊端,根据实验研究确定了一级物化处理粘胶废水的工艺,确定的工艺参数包括:曝气均和池pH值为3;氧化池FeSO4和H2O2的比例和投加量分别为1∶1和800 mg/L;中和混凝池中pH值为8~9,PAM投加量为3 mg/L。此外在比较了带式压滤和板框压滤的污泥脱水效果后,得出板框压滤的效果较好。

The disadvantages of traditional technology for viscose sewage treatment were analyzed. According to several experiments, the primary physico-chemical method was confirmed. The optimized conditions were determined as follows, the pH value of aeration neutralization pool was 3, the dosage of FeSO4 and H2O2 in oxidation pool were both 800 mg/L, the pH value of neutralization coagulation pool was between 8 and 9, and the PAM dosage was 3 mg/L. After comparing the sludge dewatering effect of plate pressure filter with belt filter, the authors concluded that the effect of the former one was better.
