为了测试温差发电模块性能,根据半导体温差发电原理设计制作了一种半导体温差发电仪器,该仪器主要由发电模块、温控系统和显示电路组成。它以STC89C52RC单片机为控制核心,可以在一定范围内设定温差进行发电,并且无需手动测量即可实时显示相应温差下的发电模块输出电压值/电流值,不但定性而且定量的测试了温差发电模块的输出特性,绘制了相关曲线,分析了影响其输出特性的因素。结果表明:该仪器操作简单、灵敏度高、速度快。
為瞭測試溫差髮電模塊性能,根據半導體溫差髮電原理設計製作瞭一種半導體溫差髮電儀器,該儀器主要由髮電模塊、溫控繫統和顯示電路組成。它以STC89C52RC單片機為控製覈心,可以在一定範圍內設定溫差進行髮電,併且無需手動測量即可實時顯示相應溫差下的髮電模塊輸齣電壓值/電流值,不但定性而且定量的測試瞭溫差髮電模塊的輸齣特性,繪製瞭相關麯線,分析瞭影響其輸齣特性的因素。結果錶明:該儀器操作簡單、靈敏度高、速度快。

In order to test the performance of thermoelectric module,according to the semiconductor thermoelectric power generation principle, a semiconductor thermoelectric power generation unit was designed. The apparatus mainly consists of the power generation module, temperature control system and a display circuit. It takes STC89C52RC single-chip microcomputer as a control core, and can be set within a certain range temperature difference for generating electric power,and without manual measurements output voltage value and current value of the corresponding temperature difference power generation module can be displayed in real time, not only qualitatively but also quantitatively test the output characteristic of thermoelectric generation module, to draw the correlation curve,and analyze the influence of output characteristics. The results show that the instrument has the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity and resposibility fast.
