目的：葡萄膜炎并发白内障瞳孔膜闭超声乳化手术中如何处理减少术后前房炎症反应。方法：葡萄膜炎病情稳定半年后，行白内障超声乳化手术，术中应用粘弹剂分离虹膜后粘连16例（20眼）与配合间断切开瞳孔括约肌18例（20眼）对比两种不同处理术后前房炎症反应。结果：两种不同处理均能达到手术中瞳孔散大状态，术后视力≥0．5（31眼），0．3～0．5（7眼），＜0．1（2眼）。应用粘弹剂分离虹膜后粘连术后前房炎症消退时间为6．2±1．0天，术中配合间断切开瞳孔括约肌术后前房炎症消退时间为5．2±0．9天。结论：葡萄膜炎并发白内障瞳孔膜闭超声乳化中应用粘弹剂分离虹膜后粘连与配合间断切开瞳孔括约肌均能使瞳孔散大，充分暴露混浊晶状体。
목적：포도막염병발백내장동공막폐초성유화수술중여하처리감소술후전방염증반응。방법：포도막염병정은정반년후，행백내장초성유화수술，술중응용점탄제분리홍막후점련16례（20안）여배합간단절개동공괄약기18례（20안）대비량충불동처리술후전방염증반응。결과：량충불동처리균능체도수술중동공산대상태，술후시력≥0．5（31안），0．3～0．5（7안），＜0．1（2안）。응용점탄제분리홍막후점련술후전방염증소퇴시간위6．2±1．0천，술중배합간단절개동공괄약기술후전방염증소퇴시간위5．2±0．9천。결론：포도막염병발백내장동공막폐초성유화중응용점탄제분리홍막후점련여배합간단절개동공괄약기균능사동공산대，충분폭로혼탁정상체。
Objective :cataract with uveitis pupillary membrane closed ultrasonic emulsification operation how to deal with the postoperative anterior chamber inflammation .Methods:uveitis in stable condition after six months ,the cataract ultrasonic emulsification surgery ,intraoperative application of viscoelastic agents after the separation of the iris adhesion in 16 cases (20 eyes) and cooperate with the intercostal incision pupillary sphincter 18 ca-ses (20 eyes) of comparison of two different treatment of postoperative anterior chamber inflammation .Results:the two different processing can achieve pupil loose big state in the operation ,postoperative visual acuity 0 .5 (31 eyes) ,(7 eyes) of 0 .3~0 .5 ,<0 .1 (2 eyes) .Application of viscoe-lastic agents after the separation of the iris adhesion postoperative anterior chamber inflammation disappeared time of 13 ± 0 .7 days ,intraoperative co-ordination intercostal incision pupillary sphincter postoperative anterior chamber inflammation disappeared time is 8 ± 0 .4 days .Conclusion:cataract with uveitis pupillary membrane used in ultrasonic emulsification viscoelastic agent closed after the separation of the iris adhesion and cooperate with the intercostal incision pupillary sphincter can make the pupil big ,fully exposed the opacity of the lens .
