目的：探讨双氯芬酸钠在剖宫产术后疼痛治疗中的应用。方法：随机选择2010年1月-2011年12月我院剖宫产术后未使用自控镇痛泵的产妇196例为观察组，同期剖宫产术后使用自控镇痛泵的产妇200例为对照组，观察组于术毕返回病房予以双氯芬酸钠栓50mg肛塞，24小时内对照组于术后由麻醉医师安置自控镇痛泵返回病房。结果：观察组镇痛效果同于对照组，而首次下床活动，肛门排气时间早于对照组（p ），副反应明显减少。结论：双氯芬酸钠栓预防性肛门塞入镇痛效果好，可多次使用，有助于身体生理机能的恢复，对麻醉效果无要求，无副作用且价格低廉，适用于术后镇痛和基层使用。

목적：탐토쌍록분산납재부궁산술후동통치료중적응용。방법：수궤선택2010년1월-2011년12월아원부궁산술후미사용자공진통빙적산부196례위관찰조，동기부궁산술후사용자공진통빙적산부200례위대조조，관찰조우술필반회병방여이쌍록분산납전50mg항새，24소시내대조조우술후유마취의사안치자공진통빙반회병방。결과：관찰조진통효과동우대조조，이수차하상활동，항문배기시간조우대조조（p ），부반응명현감소。결론：쌍록분산납전예방성항문새입진통효과호，가다차사용，유조우신체생리궤능적회복，대마취효과무요구，무부작용차개격저렴，괄용우술후진통화기층사용。
Objective :To evaluate the application of diclofenac sodium in the treatment of pain after cesarean section .Methods :randomly selected in 2010 January -women in our hospital in December 2011 after cesarean section without the use of patient controlled analgesia pump in 196 cases for the observation group ,maternal period using patient controlled analgesia pump after cesarean section of 200 cases for the control group ,the observation group in postoperative back ward to diclofenac sodium suppository 50mg anal plug ,24 hours in the control group at postoperative patient -controlled analgesia pump placement by anesthesiologists returned to the wards .Results :To observe the analgesic effect of same group control group ,and for the first time to ambulation ,anal exhaust time earlier than the control group (P) ,significantly reduced side effects .Conclusion:diclofenac sodium supposi-tory analgesia effect of preventive anus insert well ,can be used repeatedly ,which helps the body physiological function recovery ,no requirement for the anesthetic effect ,no side effect and low price ,suitable for the use of postoperative analgesia and base .
