双磷酸盐类药物是有效的破骨细胞抑制剂，是治疗骨代谢疾病的首选药物。目前，其主要应用于骨质疏松症、Paget’s病、多发骨髓瘤、恶性高钙血症、前列腺癌和乳腺癌骨转移等疾病。本文就双磷酸盐对骨科植入物稳定性的影响进行综述，并为双磷酸盐应用于骨科内固定提供理论依据。
雙燐痠鹽類藥物是有效的破骨細胞抑製劑，是治療骨代謝疾病的首選藥物。目前，其主要應用于骨質疏鬆癥、Paget’s病、多髮骨髓瘤、噁性高鈣血癥、前列腺癌和乳腺癌骨轉移等疾病。本文就雙燐痠鹽對骨科植入物穩定性的影響進行綜述，併為雙燐痠鹽應用于骨科內固定提供理論依據。

Bisphosphonates(BPs) are potent osteoclast inhibitors and are considered the first -choice therapy in diseases affecting bone metabolism such as osteoporosis and Paget’s disease ,as well as in malignant tumours such as multiple myeloma ,malignant hypercalcaemia and others with bone metastasis ,such as prostate and breast cancer .This paper reviews the research of bisphosphonates in orthopedic fixation and provides a theoretical evi-dence for the treatment of orthopedic fixation using bisphosphonates .
