目的:观察针刺联合高压氧、早期康复训练对高血压脑出血术后患者的疗效。方法:将60例高血压脑出血术后患者随机分为A、B、C组,每组20例,三组患者均进行常规药物治疗,在此基础上,A组给予针刺联合高压氧治疗,B组给予针刺联合康复训练治疗,C组给予针刺联合高压氧、早期康复训练治疗,比较三组临床疗效及肢体运动功能、日常生活活动能力的改善情况。结果:C组的总有效率高于A、B组(P<0.05),FMA评分、Barthel指数均高于A、B组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合高压氧、早期康复训练治疗高血压脑出血术后患者疗效显著。

목적:관찰침자연합고압양、조기강복훈련대고혈압뇌출혈술후환자적료효。방법:장60례고혈압뇌출혈술후환자수궤분위A、B、C조,매조20례,삼조환자균진행상규약물치료,재차기출상,A조급여침자연합고압양치료,B조급여침자연합강복훈련치료,C조급여침자연합고압양、조기강복훈련치료,비교삼조림상료효급지체운동공능、일상생활활동능력적개선정황。결과:C조적총유효솔고우A、B조(P<0.05),FMA평분、Barthel지수균고우A、B조(P<0.05)。결론:침자연합고압양、조기강복훈련치료고혈압뇌출혈술후환자료효현저。
Objective:To observe the effects of acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen and early rehabilitation training on postoperative pa-tients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:60 cases of postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly di-vided into groups A, B and C, each of 20 cases, all treated with routine drug, based on which group A adopted acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, group B was treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training, group C received acupuncture combined with hyperbar-ic oxygen and early rehabilitation training, the clinical efficacy and improvement of limb motor function and activities of daily living were compared among the three groups. Results:The total efficiency of group C was higher than that of group A and B (P<0.05), FMA score and Barthel index were significantly higher than those of group A and B (P<0.05). Conclusion:Efficacy of acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen and early rehabili-tation training on postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is significant.
