Based on the value, protection and utilization principle of the historical and cultural blocks, this paper demonstrates the meaning of function re-placement and the profit that can be obtained, and specific issues worth consideration on function replacement are presented and analyzed. It is proposed that the old life style should be protected and, combined with practical cases, business development mode is discussed as one of the main ways to practice function replacement and some appropriate strategies and methods are presented.
