目的：观察针灸配合正骨手法治疗面神经麻痹伴颈椎错位的临床效果。方法：96例面神经麻痹伴颈椎错位患者随机分成治疗组与对照组各48例，治疗组采用针灸加正骨手法治疗，对照组用针灸治疗，观察两组效果。结果：治疗组治愈率为62.5%，对照组治愈率为31.25%，治疗组疗效显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：采用针灸加正骨手法治疗面神经麻痹伴颈椎错位效果良好，安全可靠。
목적：관찰침구배합정골수법치료면신경마비반경추착위적림상효과。방법：96례면신경마비반경추착위환자수궤분성치료조여대조조각48례，치료조채용침구가정골수법치료，대조조용침구치료，관찰량조효과。결과：치료조치유솔위62.5%，대조조치유솔위31.25%，치료조료효현저우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：채용침구가정골수법치료면신경마비반경추착위효과량호，안전가고。
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with massage treating facial neural paralysis with cervical dislocation. Methods:96 cases of facial paralysis with cervical dislocation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 48 cases, treat-ment group were treated with acupuncture and massage, control group with acupuncture therapy, to observe the effects of two groups. Results:The cure rate of treatment group was 62.5%, and control group was 31.25%, the curative effects of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Effects of Acupuncture and massage treating facial neural paralysis with cervical dislocation are good, safe and reliable.
