目的：探讨推拿疗法治疗小儿肌性斜颈的效果。方法：11例肌性斜颈患儿提拿桥弓穴、揉捏胸锁乳突肌，被动运动头颈部，疗程后评价疗效。结果：治愈7例，好转4例，未愈0例，总有效率100%。结论：推拿疗法治疗小儿肌性斜颈疗效显著，值得临床应用推广。

목적：탐토추나요법치료소인기성사경적효과。방법：11례기성사경환인제나교궁혈、유날흉쇄유돌기，피동운동두경부，료정후평개료효。결과：치유7례，호전4례，미유0례，총유효솔100%。결론：추나요법치료소인기성사경료효현저，치득림상응용추엄。
Objective:To investigate the effects of massage therapy on infantile myogenic torticollis. Methods:11 cases of children with muscular tor-ticollis were treated with grasping Qiaogong, kneading sternocleidomastoid muscle and passive movement of head and neck, to evaluate the efficacy after course of treatment. Results:7 cases were cured, 4 cases improved, none ineffective, the total efficiency was 100%. Conclusion:Massage thera-py on infantile myogenic torticollis is significantly effective, being worthy of clinical application and promotion.
